VW refers to the "Statement of Facts"
Since autumn 2015, Jones Day has been investigating the background of
the exhaust gas scandal on behalf of the VW Group . Volkswagen had in the meantime
several times announced to publish the results. In mid-January it was
then announced that VW will not publish the final report of Jones
Day. The findings are contained in the "Statement of Facts" published
by the US authorities. This makes it unnecessary to prepare a separate
report. (Os)
